Behavioral Health Services
Family Medical Center of Michigan has a team of trained and certified Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Counselors, and Social Workers here to help diagnose and manage your behavioral health concerns. We offer individual therapy for adults, adolescents, and children as well as family, marital, and group therapy.
Our experienced staff can help with anything from stress management, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder to ADHD, trauma, and behavioral concerns. If you or a loved one is struggling with substance use disorders, we can offer counseling services and will work to create a treatment plan that helps recovery. In addition, we are able to work on developing coping skills and provide community connection resources.

Adult Counseling
At Family Medical Center, we provide thorough counseling and treatment plans to ease and heal the emotional pain of depression, anxiety, stress and so much more. Our adult counseling services are available at several Family Medical Center locations. Therapists can help with a with a number of services, from stress management to depression to ADHD, to substance use. Our therapists will listen, teach you coping and management techniques, and provide assistance with a treatment plan.
Child Adolescent Counseling
As the adolescent years are when emotions can start getting complicated, counseling for children and adolescents is available on-site at our many convenient health centers. Our therapists can with children and families on low self esteem, family related issues, mood concerns, communication issues, behavior problems and trauma. We are readily available to listen and assist.
Substance Use Disorder Services

We offer multiple substance use disorder services. All trusted and experienced therapists are trained to help treat and help patients with both mental health and substance use disorders. Our therapists are well trained to help patients reduce common risky behaviors relating to using addictive substances such as tobacco, alcohol, marijuana and more. We are committed to helping the patient get back on track and see the hope and way out of the addictive behaviors.
