Ed Larkins, Executive Director /CEO
Ed has been the Executive Director/CEO of FMC for over 20 years. He has served in various CEO and Executive positions in health systems in New York City, St Louis, MO and Washington DC. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration from Wayne State University as well as a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Michigan.
Tim Priebe, Chief Financial Officer
Tim brings more than a decade of accounting and financial leadership experience. His background in information technology, along with his expertise in budgeting, financial operations, and business systems brings a well-rounded perspective to his role as CFO. Tim earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Ashland University.
Dr. Sin Ching Chiu, M.D., Medical Chief
Dr. Chiu, Chief Medical Officer, brings more than 30 years of dedicated service to Family Medical Center, providing expert care to patients of all ages. In addition to his clinical practice, he leads FMC’s care teams in advancing best practices that improve patient outcomes and patient satisfaction. His clinical leadership includes a strong focus on prevention and the effective management of hypertension, diabetes, and other chronic conditions. Dr. Chiu earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio.
Marcia Patton, RN, MSN, Vice President of Clinical Affairs
Marcia has spent her entire nursing career in public health. She joined Family Medical Center in 1992 and has served in a clinical leadership role since 1997. Marcia earned her Registered Nurse degree from Mercy College of Northwest Ohio. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and a Master of Science in Higher Education from Kaplan University.
Travis Swieringa, MA, LPC, CAADC, CC, Vice President of Behavioral Health Services
Travis has more than 30 years of experience in behavioral health treatment, including more than 25 years in leadership roles across a wide range of care settings. His passion is helping patients and staff grow, thrive, and reach their highest potential. Travis earned his degree from Western Michigan University.
Kimberly Perry, Quality Director
Kimberly joined the Family Medical Center team in 2015 as a Clinical Analyst in the Quality Department and was promoted to Quality Director in 2021. She earned her Associate Degree through the Registered Nursing Program at Daytona State College.
Laura O’Korn, Director of Human Resources
As a human resources professional, Laura has spent the majority of her career working with nonprofit organizations in Ohio, Florida, and Michigan. She joined Family Medical Center in March 2016. Laura earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Bowling Green State University. She also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
