Ed Larkins, Executive Director /CEO
Ed has been the Executive Director/CEO of FMC for 18 years. He has served in various CEO and Executive positions in health systems in New York City, St Louis MO and Washington DC .

Julie Helinski, Senior Vice President
Julie Helinski, is rejoining the team as Senior Vice President for Family Medical Center. Julie has nearly 30 years of healthcare experience leading people, building teams, and improving and expanding healthcare programs. She worked previously with FMC as a Regional Administrator, has served in multiple senior leadership roles with both ProMedica Health System and Henry Ford Health System, worked as an independently consultant in healthcare business development, and most recently spent the last few years working as a Senior Director for Clinical Operations with Michigan Primary Care Association with specific focus on value-based care and performance improvement. Julie began her career as an occupational therapist, obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University and completed her Master of Science degree in Business Administration with a healthcare concentration from Central Michigan University.
Laura O’Korn, Director of Human Resources
As a human resources professional, Laura has spent the majority of her career with non-profits in Ohio, Florida and Michigan. Laura joined FMC in March, 2016.

Marcia Patton, RN, MSN, Vice President of Clinical Affairs
Marcia has spent her entire career as a Nurse in public health. Marcia joined Family Medical Center since 1992 and has been in a clinical leadership role since 1997.

Kimberly Perry, Quality Director
Kimberly joined the FMC team in 2015 as a Clinical Analyst in the Quality Department and was recently promoted to Quality Director in 2021.

Lindsay Baranowski, Chief Financial Officer
We are thrilled to welcome Lindsay Baranowski as our new Chief Financial Officer in the Finance department! Lindsay brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare finance, most recently serving for eight years in the finance department at Honor Community Health, an FQHC in Pontiac.
Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and a Master of Health Administration. She has extensive expertise in budget development, grant administration, financial management, governance, revenue cycle, process improvement, forecasting, contract negotiations, and more - all I which will be invaluable in supporting FMC's continued growth and success. Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with family, watching her kids in their activities, and traveling.
Fun Fact: She studied abroad in Costa Rica, an experience that broadened her perspective and deepened her appreciation for global cultures. Lindsay is excited to be part of FMC and looks forward to contributing to the organization's growth and success
