Family Medical Center of Michigan provides comprehensive medical care for individuals and families at every stage of life. Our family practice teams care for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors through preventive care, sick visits, immunizations, screenings, chronic disease management, and ongoing support for overall wellness.
We also provide well and sick child care, including immunizations and Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment services, also known as EPSDT.
WIC- Women, Infant, and Children Program services are available at our Carleton and Temperance offices through the Monroe County Health Department, offering nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and referrals to other health services for eligible women, infants, and children.
As a Federally Qualified Health Center and Patient-Centered Medical Home, Family Medical Center works across medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, optometry, OB/GYN, care management, and community support services to help patients get the right care at the right time.
