Our pharmacy team helps Family Medical Center patients access prescription programs that may make medications more affordable, including 340B discounts and other special savings for eligible patients. Through the federal 340B program, eligible patients may be able to receive certain prescription medications at a reduced cost. We accept Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and most third-party insurance plans, and our staff can help answer questions about prescription coverage and available savings options.

Getting your prescriptions is simple and convenient. Family Medical Center patients can have prescriptions prepared during their visit with an FMC provider, with many prescriptions ready in 15 minutes or less. We also offer automatic refills, medication synchronization so prescriptions can be filled on the same day, and pill packaging services to help patients take the right medication at the right time.

Our pharmacists are also available to provide medication counseling and patient education. Patients may ask questions about their prescriptions, side effects, medication safety, blood glucose monitoring devices, inhaler use, immunizations, and other medication-related needs. Our goal is to help each patient better understand their medications and feel confident using them correctly.
