When Anna first walked into the Health Hub at The School at Marygrove, her request seemed simple—she needed a vision referral for her two young children, both elementary students in the Detroit Public Schools Community District (DPSCD). But as Health Hub Navigator LaTonya Owens engaged her in conversation, a much deeper story unfolded.

Researchers at the University of Michigan are working on a new project to improve access to effective PTSD treatments for Community Health Center patients. You will receive one or more types of evidence-based talk therapy over the course of 12 weeks.

The Collaborative Care program at Family Medical Center of MI involves you, your primary care provider, a psychiatric consultant, and a behavioral health care manager. The primary goal of this program is to provide additional support and motivation to enhance your mental health.

Monroe County
- Temperance location (8765 Lewis Ave) Wednesdays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Monroe location (901 N Macomb St) every Thursdays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Lenawee County
- Food Pantry is every 2nd & 4th Saturday! Pre-register by the Wednesday before pantry distribution. Adrian residents receive delivery services.
- Fresh Food Distribution is every 1st Thursday at noon (327 Erie Street Adrian MI @ St. Mary's Parking lot)
- Every 3rd Tuesday at 10 am (10990 Tecumseh-Clinton Rd, Clinton, MI @ United Methodist Church parking lot)

Dental exams Fridays from 1:00 p.m. to 3 p.m. Also offers mental health services, nutrition education cooking classes, and the Opportunity Market food pantry.
