Food Pantries
Family Medical Center operates two food pantries at our Temperance and Monroe Clinics to provide food to approximately 1100 individuals.
Food Pharmacies
Each month approximately 1100 individuals receive food from one of our ‘Food Pharmacies ‘. Of these approximately 30% are seniors and 20% are children. On the average almost 4000 pounds of food is distributed monthly to patents of Family Medical Center.
Monroe County
Family Medical Patients can visit our Temperance location (8765 Lewis Ave) Wednesdays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm & our Monroe location (901 N Macomb St) every Thursdays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm for our FREE Food Pharmacy! Temperance Clinic and the other at the Monroe Clinic. They are operated in conjunction with the Monroe Community Opportunity Program who provides the volunteer staffing and food.
Lenawee County
We are happy to inform you that we have partnered up with the City of Refuge Ministries International (Meal Assistance Program of Lenawee M.A.P.) to help provide food to our Lenawee County Patients.
- Food Pantry is every 2nd & 4th Saturday! Pre-register by the Wednesday before pantry distribution. Adrian Michigan residents receive delivery services.
- Fresh Food Distribution is every 1st Thursday at noon (327 Erie Street Adrian MI @ St. Mary's Parking lot)
- Every 3rd Tuesday at 10:00 am (10990 Tecumseh-Clinton Rd, Clinton, MI @ United Methodist Church parking lot)
