After 25 years of dedicated service, Dr. Cornelio Naguit has officially retired from FMC. Throughout his career, Dr. Naguit consistently exemplified commitment to patient care, primarily serving the Carleton, Michigan community. His compassion, expertise, and unwavering dedication have left an indelible mark on both patients and colleagues alike.
Dr. Naguit’s contributions were recognized at the highest levels. In the 2023/24 period, he was honored with the prestigious Dr. Koehl Quality Award for being the highest-performing primary care provider—a true testament to his excellence in healthcare.
Celebrating a Remarkable Career
To honor Dr. Naguit’s career, the FMC team organized a heartfelt celebration. Celina, Miriam, and Jaylynn beautifully decorated the space, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. In a personal touch, Miriam made Dr. Naguit’s favorite cupcakes, adding sweetness to an already memorable event.
The celebration was filled with stories, laughter, and shared memories. While joy was the dominant feeling, there were moments of emotion as staff reflected on how deeply Dr. Naguit will be missed.
