Thursday, June 22nd, the Recovery Partners Event was held by RISE Recovery Connections, held at The Radisson Hotel in Lansing, MI. This event brought those working within the substance use industry come together to build professional connections, share resources, identify and fill gaps in services, increase the delivery and efficacy of recovery services, and to share best practices in the substance use and recovery professions. We all have the same goal, and that is to strengthen recovery capital. FMC was represented by Heather Frederick, LPC, CAADC, CCS, CCTP SUD Supervisor, Jessie Monahan, MA, LLPC, DP-C Behavioral Health Therapist, and Vincent Vescelius, CPRC Certified Peer Recovery Coach.
