It was amazing to connect with our wonderful patients this week during National Health Center Week! We are so thankful for our Monroe County Opportunity Program staff & volunteers and the entire Family Medical Center team! In total, we helped feed 500 families, handed out over 1,000 FMC swag bags and shared information from 8 community organizations. We are already looking forward to next year's extravaganza!
