Hudson Youth Mental Health Day

Hudson Youth Mental Health Day was Monday, May 8th. Our FMC Behavioral Health Team was able to work with the Builders Club to run different stations and activities with 100+ middle school students. The topics included: control vs. no control, emotions, bullying, grief, rumors, coping skills, hygiene, good secrets vs. bad secrets, vaping and drugs, divorce, breathe/mediate, suicide, anxiety/depression, and exercise.

With the help of our team, we were able to help spread awareness and educate on the importance of mental health.
