TEMPERANCE — Family Medical Center (FMC) of Michigan in Temperance was recently named a Million Hearts Hypertension Control Champion, a national initiative co-led by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Champions are recognized for demonstrating their commitment to helping patients with hypertension manage their blood pressure with a control rate of at least 80%.
