FMC Board Members Advocate for Health Centers in Washington, D.C.

Several of our Board Members recently attended the NACHC Policy & Issues Forum in Washington, D.C., where the key message to Congress was simple: thank you. In a strong bipartisan effort, lawmakers passed a funding bill representing the largest investment in community health centers in over a decade securing our program’s funding through December 31, 2026.

This milestone was made possible by dedicated advocates nationwide—your calls, emails, and posts truly made an impact. Yet, our advocacy continues. An urgent Action Alert has been issued regarding the 340B Rebate Model. The bipartisan Community Health Center Drug Pricing Protection Act (H.R. 7391), introduced by Reps. Jack Bergman (R-MI) and Jake Auchincloss (D-MA), would protect health centers’ access to vital 340B savings.

Take action now—contact your members of Congress today to support H.R. 7391 and safeguard care for the 52 million patients served by community health centers.
