Family Medical Center of Michigan was proud to join the United Way of Monroe/Lenawee Counties and other community partners for the Adrian Fall Health Check on September 24, 2026, at The Align Center, 440 E. Church Street in Adrian. During the event, FMC provided adult immunizations, blood pressure checks, nutrition counseling, and medication counseling, helping connect community members with important preventive health services and resources. A total of 84 individuals participated in blood work, and FMC was also able to welcome two new patients through the event. Community health checks like this demonstrate the value of local organizations working together to make preventive care more accessible, identify health concerns earlier, and connect residents with ongoing care and support.
