Meet Dr. Todd Lee

Dr. Lee recently joined Family Medical Center of Michigan, eager to support optometry services in his own community. He attended Ferris State University and graduated from the Michigan College of Optometry. Dr. Lee has many years of experience in a variety of eye care settings providing routine eyecare exams, diabetic eyecare, urgent eyecare visits, emergency room consultations and post-surgical care.

Meet Melinda Ahleman

Melinda joined Family Medical Center Optometry in December in the role of optometric assistant. She is working with Dr. Avery to pretest patients, order glasses, and pull insurance authorizations. Prior to FMC, Melinda has been in the Optical field for over 35 years. She started working for an Ophthalmologist in Sandusky, Ohio while in high school and then moved to Michigan and continued in the Optometric field. She and her husband enjoy going to Cedar Point, camping, auto racing and Adrian High School Basketball games. She also enjoys spending time with her Dad and nephews and their families.

Meet Cali Dawn Cox

Cali has completed a certificate course in Medical Billing/Coding and Office Administration, adding to her expertise in the field.

Outside of work, Cali enjoys traveling with her family, especially to the ocean and theme parks. A fun fact about her—despite her young age, she is a proud grandmother to one amazing little boy!
