With great sadness, we share that one of Family Medical Center’s founders, Ione Parker, passed away recently at the age of 100. As we reflect on the celebration of our community health center’s founding 45 years ago, we must recognize Ms. Parker, whose vision and leadership helped establish this organization. Family Medical Center is her enduring legacy, one that will continue to serve our community for many decades to come.
